About the Role
We are looking for a Product Manager to join Esri and help shape the future of technology connecting customers with world-class GIS apps. This position will lead product management for ArcGIS Instant Apps, enabling users to transform maps into interactive web apps without coding.
Key Responsibilities
- →Set the product vision, definition, strategy, and priorities
- →Own the product vision for AI features and capabilities
- →Monitor and synthesize customer requirements from various feedback channels
- →Document customer interviews and product requirements
- →Maintain expert-level knowledge of current capabilities, technology, market demand, and competition
- →Work with Product Marketing to produce marketing materials
- →Collaborate with global business development and partners
- →Develop and present demonstrations and messaging
- →Align with other product managers on platform strategy
Requirements
- ✓2+ years of experience in a technical or product-related role
- ✓Effective communication skills
- ✓Active listening skills and curiosity
- ✓Ability to translate customers’ business needs into actionable requirements
- ✓Passion for continuous improvement and teamwork
- ✓Comfort navigating ambiguous situations
- ✓Ability to travel 10%-20% of the time
- ✓Bachelor's degree or higher in a technical field or business
