About the Role

We are looking for an Operations Associate/Analyst to join our team in Germany. This role is responsible for building the operational engine that enables our Germany Operations to hyper-scale without compromising quality, scalability, and impact. You will identify structural gaps in our systems and fix them at the root to prevent revenue leaks, patient friction, or finance risks.

Key Responsibilities

→Identify structural gaps in systems and design end-to-end solutions
→Maintain and improve recurring processes such as invoicing, discount logic, workflows, and admin tooling
→Triage and debug cross-system issues and collaborate with Engineering when escalation is required
→Work across CRM, payment providers, automation tools, and internal dashboards
→Ensure accuracy in configurations, permissions, reporting, and user data
→Communicate clearly with CS, Finance, and Engineering to resolve operational issues end-to-end

Requirements

✓3–5 years in consulting, strategy, operations, or a high-growth startup environment
✓Highly ownership-driven with a track record of identifying and fixing structural gaps
✓Strong analytical thinker with systems intuition
✓Proven track record of driving cross-functional initiatives end-to-end
✓Detail-oriented with a high bar for operational accuracy and data integrity
✓Thrive in fast-paced, high-accountability environments
✓SQL skills and experience with payment providers, CRM systems, or automation tools are a plus
