About the Role
We are looking for an HR Business Partner to join Eurofins GSC Spain. This role will play a pivotal role in shaping the employee experience and supporting business performance in a complex, international environment.
Key Responsibilities
- βProvide hands-on, end-to-end HR support to Eurofins GSC Spain
- βAct as a trusted partner to managers and leaders
- βManage the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, contractual changes, payroll coordination, and offboarding
- βHandle employee relations and compliance matters
- βEnsure accuracy of HR data, documentation, reporting, and audit readiness
- βCoordinate training activities and contribute to engagement and culture initiatives
- βSupport health & safety and risk management
- βProvide HR insights, dashboards, and analysis to support decision-making
- βParticipate in cross-functional and statutory HR projects
- βMaintain HR communication channels and support internal announcements
Requirements
- βExperience in HR Business Partner role
- βStrong understanding of Spanish labour law and global HR standards
- βExcellent communication and interpersonal skills
- βAbility to work with local leadership, payroll, and external advisors
- βExperience with HR data analysis and reporting
- βKnowledge of employee relations and compliance
- βAbility to coordinate training and engagement initiatives
- βExperience with internal communication and employee experience management
