About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced HR Site Lead to establish and scale operations for our new Delivery Center in Belo Horizonte. This critical role involves building local HR infrastructure, developing talent acquisition strategies, and fostering company culture.
Key Responsibilities
- →Act as the main HR partner for Technology and Delivery Center leaders
- →Support managers in workforce planning, performance management, and talent development
- →Implement HR programs, policies, and best practices aligned with company standards and Brazilian labor law
- →Lead full-cycle recruitment for IT roles including Software Engineering, QA, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, and Data positions
- →Establish operational foundations of the site including office setup and local HR processes
- →Promote positive company culture and strong engagement practices
- →Lead strategic projects for the Belo Horizonte operation
Requirements
- ✓Proven experience in HR Business Partnering and Talent Acquisition
- ✓Strong understanding of Brazilian labor law (CLT regulations)
- ✓Experience in building recruitment processes and managing recruitment vendors
- ✓Ability to develop and implement HR programs and policies
- ✓Excellent leadership and communication skills
- ✓Experience in organizational development and culture building
