About the Role
The Business Analyst serves as a crucial liaison between business stakeholders and IT teams, ensuring successful implementation of IT projects. This role requires strong knowledge of both business processes and technical applications.
Key Responsibilities
- →Bridges business and IT solutions, managing relations with stakeholders including key users, lab managers, and business unit managers
- →Manages and tracks requirements throughout the project lifecycle
- →Prepares specifications and documentation
- →Provides regular updates on assigned requirements
- →Defines requirements, user stories, and test cases
- →Works with the Product Owner to prioritize requirements
- →Prepares changes for Change Advisory Board
- →Supports master data migration during projects
- →Provides training to users on application scope
- →Offers post go-live support for new solutions
- →Prepares training materials and technical documentation
Requirements
- ✓Strong understanding of business processes and IT applications
- ✓Experience in requirements management and documentation
- ✓Ability to bridge communication between business and technical teams
- ✓Knowledge of project lifecycle management
