About the Role
We are seeking an IT Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our recruitment efforts for various IT roles. This role involves assisting specialists and managers in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates, as well as managing the hiring process.
Key Responsibilities
- →Identify potential candidates through various channels
- →Screen resumes and applications to assess qualifications
- →Conduct initial candidate assessments and pre-screening interviews
- →Maintain candidate pipelines and databases
- →Coordinate interview scheduling and logistics
- →Assist in conducting interviews and assessments
- →Provide feedback and recommendations to hiring managers
- →Facilitate communication between candidates and hiring teams
- →Support reference checks and background verification processes
- →Manage parts of the recruitment process for selected roles
- →Provide administrative support for recruitment activities
- →Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes
- →Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure alignment and support
- →Stay updated on industry trends and best practices
Requirements
