About the Role
We are seeking a QA Test Engineer with experience in both automation and manual testing to join our team in Bangalore. This role involves designing and contributing to test automation frameworks and ensuring high-quality product delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- →Translate test cases to automated tests using C#, Javascript for GUI/API tests
- →Design and contribute to test automation frameworks
- →Participate in reviews and contribute to framework maintenance
- →Test data setup and execution of automated test cases
- →Perform root cause analysis of script failures and logged bugs
- →Submit and track automation identified defects
- →Identify automatable test cases and help in planning for automation
- →Work collaboratively with developers, QA, project managers, and BA for successful test coverage
- →Adhere to test strategies and plans to ensure high-quality product delivery
Requirements
- ✓3-5 years of experience in Automation and Manual Testing
- ✓Proficient in SOA, microservices, client-server architecture testing
- ✓Good understanding of progressive web app testing
- ✓Solid knowledge in automation testing concepts and object-oriented programming
- ✓Hands-on experience in C# programming and testing web services, REST APIs
- ✓Experience with services testing tools like Fiddler, SOAP UI, POSTMAN
- ✓Good knowledge of Java scripting and Database & SQL
- ✓Experience in automation tools like Selenium, Protractor, Playwright
- ✓Exposure to create automation frameworks like Modular, BDD, POM
- ✓Knowledge and experience in Azure Devops
- ✓Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology and working experience in agile environment
- ✓Good knowledge of Defect Management process
- ✓Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- ✓Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- ✓Successful teamwork experience and demonstrated leadership abilities
- ✓Proven ability to transfer knowledge and stay aware of current trends
- ✓Ability to articulate and present different points-of-views on various technologies
- ✓BE/MCA or any other equivalent degree
