About the Role
We are seeking a Sales Director to lead our commercial strategy and drive market growth within the Food & Feed industry. This senior leadership role requires strategic thinking and team management to achieve revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- →Develop and implement a unified commercial and sales strategy that drives market growth, customer acquisition, and revenue expansion
- →Lead, mentor, and develop a team of sales professionals, setting performance goals and fostering a high-performance culture
- →Define annual budget targets, forecast revenue, and ensure continuous achievement of sales goals
- →Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic customers including major food manufacturers, feed producers, retailers, and distributors
- →Drive pricing strategy, margin optimization, and commercial policy governance
- →Conduct senior level presentations, negotiate long-term contracts, and provide tailored testing solutions
- →Monitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitor activities to adjust market strategies
- →Identify emerging opportunities within Food & Feed and adjacent markets
- →Represent Eurofins in industry events and professional associations
- →Partner with laboratory operations, customer service, and technical teams to ensure service excellence
- →Support Eurofins’ initiatives for quality, sustainability, and digital transformation
- →Track KPIs using CRM tools and prepare commercial performance reports
- →Ensure compliance with Eurofins’ ethical standards and industry regulations
- →Contribute to the development of national and regional key account programs
Requirements
- ✓Proven experience in sales leadership within the food or feed industry
- ✓Strong understanding of commercial strategy and revenue forecasting
- ✓Experience managing sales teams and setting performance goals
- ✓Ability to develop and maintain relationships with key industry stakeholders
- ✓Knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and competitive landscape
