About the Role
We are looking for an aspiring Business Development Representative to join our North American team at Everbridge. This role is integral to our sales organization, working closely with sales representatives to convert qualified leads into successful sales deals. Key Responsibilities
- →Respond to and develop marketing leads into qualified sales meetings
- →Call on predefined customer lists to generate new sales pipeline opportunities
- →Develop a compelling proposition for each prospect interaction and work closely with the sales team
- →Partner with sales and marketing to identify goals and structure regionalized strategies
- →Nurture CRM database to qualify prospects and facilitate warm hand-offs
- →Leverage and expand account and contact base through networking and research
Requirements
- ✓1+ years of experience in a co-op, internship, or other relevant setting
- ✓Must be motivated, methodical, optimistic, and competitive
- ✓Exceptional verbal and written interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills
- ✓Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills
