About the Role
We are looking for an Intelligence Analyst to join our International Monitoring Center team. This remote position based in Hungary requires night shift work from 7pm to 7am CET, focusing on real-time risk monitoring and analysis for global clients.
Key Responsibilities
- →Monitor open source real-time risk events across multiple channels
- →Analyze potential threats, risks, and impacts to provide accurate assessments
- →Disseminate error-free reports to customers in a timely manner
- →Make time-sensitive decisions regarding risk event reporting
- →Implement operational processes and procedures effectively
- →Manage customer inquiries and interactions professionally
- →Escalate issues to appropriate parties when necessary
- →Participate in operational support activities and special projects
Requirements
- ✓Bachelor's Degree in a related field
- ✓Strong analysis, research, and organizational skills
- ✓Flexibility in scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays
- ✓Ability to manage high volume of information and prioritize assignments
- ✓Strong writing skills with fluency in English required
- ✓Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
- ✓Ability to work effectively in a team setting
- ✓Previous experience with social media and open source research
- ✓Consistent following of current events and world affairs
- ✓Ability to maintain composure under pressure
