About the Role
Techwan, an Everbridge company, is seeking a Technical Project Manager based in Romandy, Switzerland to lead customer operations and drive new project implementations. This hybrid role combines technical project leadership with hands-on system implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own and manage the Swiss customer portfolio, ensuring service continuity and high satisfaction
- →Handle incident management, change requests, and SLA-based maintenance
- →Plan and deliver upgrades, enhancements, and technical roadmaps
- →Coordinate stakeholders across customers, partners, and internal teams
- →Deploy and configure Techwan / Everbridge solutions in on-prem environments
- →Administer Windows Server infrastructures
- →Automate operations using PowerShell
- →Manage and optimize MS SQL databases
- →Deploy applications using GIT-based workflows
- →Integrate with third-party systems via APIs
- →Support pre-sales activities: demos, workshops, and technical discussions
- →Build trusted relationships with government and public safety clients
- →Contribute to regional expansion and partner enablement
- →Travel locally to customer and partner sites
Requirements
- ✓8–10 years’ experience in System Engineering, DevOps, Implementation, or Technical Project Management
- ✓Strong Windows Server administration skills
- ✓Solid PowerShell scripting experience
- ✓Good knowledge of MS SQL Server
- ✓Experience with GIT and version control
- ✓Hands-on API and third-party system integration
- ✓Master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or equivalent
- ✓Fluent in French and English
