About the Role

We are looking for a Credit Recovery and Risk Management Specialist to join our growing team at Octopus Energy France. This role focuses on designing and implementing innovative solutions to manage financial performance and reduce unpaid customer debts while providing excellent customer support.

Key Responsibilities

→Create and optimize customer journeys from subscription to payment collection
→Develop automated and efficient customer paths to reduce payment risks
→Implement solutions for vulnerable customers to regularize their financial situation
→Propose improvements based on field feedback, business needs, and analyzed data
→Understand business challenges and analyze needs to write clear functional specifications
→Serve as the main contact for international technical teams
→Contribute to the team roadmap with your field and data analyses
→Lead and coordinate all internal and external stakeholders for project success
→Define strategic KPIs and implement dashboards with data analyst support
→Ensure reporting and communication on project progress

Requirements

✓Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in finance, debt collection, or customer relationship
✓Highly organized with a problem-solving mindset
✓Autonomous and responsible; comfortable starting from scratch and seeing projects through to completion
✓Empathetic with sensitivity to issues of energy poverty
✓Team player with positive attitude and energy
✓Ability to work under pressure while maintaining rigor and organization
✓Good level of English for communication with technical teams
