About the Role

We are looking for a UX Designer to join EverQuote, a leading online insurance marketplace. This role focuses on delivering the best experience for shoppers, agents, and partners across all products and markets.

Key Responsibilities

→Work on initiatives across consumer-facing experiences, delivering simple, engaging, and performant solutions
→Understand and advocate the needs of both EverQuote business and shoppers
→Master user research, from exploratory interviews to usability testing
→Ideate through sketching, mock-ups, storyboards, and prototypes
→Co-create with Product, Engineering, and Data Insights teams
→Support the evolution of our design system
→Believe in a culture of feedback and actively seek it
→Be an active figure in our design community

Requirements

✓3+ years experience designing digital user experiences
✓Education in Graphic Design, Experience Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related disciplines
✓Experience designing across the product development lifecycle
✓Competency conducting and synthesising user research
✓Understand information architecture, systems design, and design systems
✓Expert proficiency in core design and prototyping tools such as Figma
