About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to join our team. This role focuses on building and maintaining high-quality Salesforce applications across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.

Key Responsibilities

→Design, develop, test, and deploy high-quality Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL
→Implement and customize functionalities across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud based on business requirements
→Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into technical solutions
→Develop and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs
→Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and security protocols
→Participate in code reviews, performance tuning, debugging, and troubleshooting issues
→Maintain accurate technical documentation
→Support deployment activities and provide post-release support

Requirements

✓Salesforce Platform Developer I and II certifications
✓Strong hands-on experience with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
✓Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, SOQL, and SOSL
✓Experience in API integrations (REST/SOAP) and handling integration patterns
✓Knowledge of Salesforce security model, sharing rules, batch classes, and triggers
✓Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and version control (Git)
✓Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues
✓Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
