About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Key Account Manager to join our EVERSANA/Precigen Sales Team. This role focuses on selling specialty medicine and rare disease treatments in hospital settings.

Key Responsibilities

→Deliver against sales targets and drive business growth
→Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within hospitals
→Utilize knowledge of IDNs and Academic Medical Centers to navigate the complex healthcare landscape
→Assist HCP champions and health system leaders in operationalizing treatment for RRP patients
→Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies
→Stay up to date with clinical data, treatment guidelines, and market trends
→Conduct product presentations, educational programs, and in-service training
→Assist hospitals in the onboarding and formulary approval process
→Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
→Provide feedback to internal teams on customer needs and market dynamics
→Maintain accurate records of sales activities using CRM tools
→Develop local, regional and national KOLs in assigned territory
→Build comprehensive account plans for top targeted IDNs
→Travel up to 40% of the time

Requirements

✓Minimum of 5 years of experience with Integrated Delivery Networks (IDNs), Academic Medical Centers, buy and bill products, P&T committees, and 340B institutions
✓Excellent track record of selling in the specialty medicine/rare disease setting
✓Understanding of hospital formulary/decision making process
✓Effective communication, relationship-building, and networking skills
✓Strategic and analytical approach to the business
✓Ability to travel up to 40% of the time
