About the Role
We are looking for a D365 Business Analyst to join our team. This role serves as a functional leader for the D365 Finance & Operations ERP platform, balancing operational support with strategic delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- →Act as the primary functional advisor to Finance, Supply Chain, and operational stakeholders
- →Lead requirements discovery, solution workshops, and design reviews
- →Translate business needs into functional design documents, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- →Provide guidance on D365 best practices
- →Own functional design and configuration across D365 F&O modules
- →Configure D365 to support business processes while minimizing customizations
- →Provide senior-level functional support, including issue triage and resolution
- →Lead functional planning for D365 platform upgrades
- →Own functional test strategy across SIT, regression testing, and UAT
- →Develop and maintain functional documentation, SOPs, and training materials
Requirements
- ✓Experience with D365 Finance & Operations ERP platform
- ✓Strong functional design and configuration skills
- ✓Experience with requirements gathering and solution workshops
- ✓Knowledge of business processes in Finance, Supply Chain, and Project Management
- ✓Experience with testing and UAT coordination
- ✓Ability to provide senior-level functional support
- ✓Experience with upgrade planning and release readiness
- ✓Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
