About the Role
We are looking for an Associate SDET to join Everway, a global neurotechnology software company. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our software that impacts millions of lives globally.
Key Responsibilities
- →Design, develop, and maintain end-to-end automated tests using Selenium and Playwright
- →Collaborate with developers, product managers, and QA peers to deliver effective test coverage
- →Write and maintain unit and integration test suites to validate core application logic
- →Conduct manual exploratory testing to identify defects and address usability concerns
- →Execute test cases, capture results, and collaborate with developers to resolve defects
- →Participate in code reviews and pair programming to contribute to a culture of quality
- →Engage in design and grooming sessions to identify testability issues early
- →Leverage AI-powered tools to enhance coverage and accelerate test creation
- →Maintain clear documentation for test cases and internal best practices
Requirements
- ✓1-2 years of experience as an SDET, QA Engineer, or similar role
- ✓Proficiency in Playwright for E2E automation, preferably using TypeScript or JavaScript
- ✓Experience designing and maintaining unit and integration tests (Jest, Mocha)
- ✓Hands-on experience with manual exploratory testing
- ✓Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and integrating automated tests into build systems
- ✓Strong understanding of software development and testing fundamentals
- ✓Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a passion for quality
- ✓Effective verbal and written communication skills
- ✓Familiar with shift-left testing methodologies
