About the Role
We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist to join our team. This role focuses on handling live chat support and resolving end-user queries.
Key Responsibilities
- →Monitor multiple Chat dashboards
- →Handle end users’ queries in live chat and ensure prompt response
- →Coordinate with Service Managers and inform end-users about service irregularities
- →Resolve end-users’ disputes in live chat and escalate to Service Manager when needed
- →Sustain discipline in the live chat
- →Verify and ensure the quality of operators’ Live casino service
- →Perform initial technical investigation using Evolution Gaming Back office
- →Provide resolutions of investigated cases to operators
Requirements
- ✓Experience in customer support or live chat
- ✓Strong communication skills
- ✓Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- ✓Knowledge of casino operations is a plus
- ✓Familiarity with Evolution Gaming systems is an advantage
