About the Role

We are looking for an Operations Architect to join Valence, an AI-native coaching platform for enterprise. This is a rare opportunity to architect the AI-powered operations that will define how Valence runs, scales, and executes in its next phase of growth.

Key Responsibilities

→Lead Valence’s internal operations end to end, including PeopleOps systems and automation, legal, compliance, HR, finance, administration, vendors, procurement, and security
→Run the operating rhythm for internal operations, building dashboards and preparing leadership reporting
→Find operational bottlenecks and implement tooling and automation to eliminate manual work
→Turn messy internal workflows into simple, repeatable systems that scale
→Experiment aggressively to determine the right level of process for our stage
→Act as a force multiplier for the Leadership Team, turning ambiguous priorities into clear plans

Requirements

✓5+ years of experience in high-growth operations, consulting, or strategy roles
✓Builder mindset with the ability to design and execute processes
✓AI-native operator with a motivation to reinvent operations in a modern AI company
✓Systems thinker able to design scalable infrastructure
✓Execution at altitude with proven ability to handle complex, high-stakes workstreams
✓Influence without authority as a strong communicator who can align leaders
