About the Role
We are looking for a Studio Support Specialist to join our team based in our studio in Fairfield, CT. This role is responsible for project builds and ongoing engineering maintenance of our studios’ gaming floor environments.
Key Responsibilities
- →Maintain the studio including technical casino table assembly, decorative elements and infrastructure
- →Establish and refine build process, plan resources
- →Plan tasks, delegate to other team members as necessary
- →Keep timelines of projects and plan and organize studio equipment maintenance and repair works
- →Request and order needed equipment, tools and materials
- →Participate in R&D and solution design process
- →Plan and participate in new employees training
- →Prepare and provide required reports, provide needed information to MCR and other departments
Requirements
- ✓Experience in studio maintenance and technical operations
- ✓Strong organizational and planning skills
- ✓Ability to manage timelines and resources effectively
- ✓Knowledge of casino table assembly and infrastructure
- ✓Experience with equipment maintenance and repair
- ✓Familiarity with R&D processes and solution design
- ✓Training and development experience
- ✓Reporting and communication skills
