What You’ll Be Doing
Business Partnering & Strategy
• Act as a trusted advisor to Americas Sales and Channel leadership, helping shape territory planning, forecasting, and performance strategy
• Partner with Marketing to improve end-to-end funnel performance and handoffs
• Bring structure and clarity to ambiguous problems, translating business needs into operational solutions
• Challenge stakeholders constructively and ensure decisions are data-driven
Planning, Forecasting & Performance
• Support quota setting, territory design, and capacity planning
• Own reporting and dashboards to track pipeline, conversion, and attainment
• Identify risks and opportunities in the funnel, and proactively recommend actions
• Help standardise forecasting processes and improve predictability
Process Design & Optimisation
• Design, document, and continuously improve GTM processes including lead management, pipeline management, deal stages, and handoffs
• Ensure processes are scalable, clearly understood, and consistently followed
• Reduce friction in the sales cycle and eliminate inefficiencies
Systems & Tooling
• Partner with Business Systems and BizOps teams to ensure Salesforce and core systems support business needs
• Translate requirements into clearly defined tickets and work closely with system owners to drive resolution
• Identify gaps or inefficiencies in tooling and workflows, and proactively recommend improvements
• Support evaluation and rollout of sales tools such as Nooks, Cognism, ZoomInfo, and similar platforms
• Ensure tools are well understood, adopted, and delivering value to the business
Data Quality & Governance
• Maintain high standards of CRM data quality, structure, and hygiene
• Implement processes to improve data accuracy and completeness
• Support initiatives such as account hierarchies, segmentation, and territory alignment
Reporting & Insights
• Build and maintain dashboards that provide clear, actionable insights
• Go beyond reporting by interpreting data and explaining performance drivers
• Act as the go-to person for understanding what is happening in the business and why
• Support leadership with analysis for QBRs, planning cycles, and strategic decisions
Cross-Functional Alignment
• Work closely with EMEA RevOps and global teams to ensure consistency in processes and definitions
• Contribute to global initiatives such as system migrations, data models, and governance frameworks
• Help embed a culture of accountability where teams own their inputs rather than relying on ops as admin support
