About the Role

The Business Intelligence area is part of the Vice Presidency of Strategy, Marketing, and Customer Experience. It transforms data into strategic information for decision-making, generating value through analysis of prospects, customers, and products, data visualization, segmentation, commercial intelligence, and advanced analytics.

Key Responsibilities

→Execute strategic and tactical data analyses, connecting findings with business needs to drive evidence-based decisions and generate commercial and operational impact.
→Design, build, and maintain analytical solutions (dashboards, automated reports, and visualization tools) that enable effective performance management and allow teams to make informed decisions in real-time.
→Automate key processes in the analytical cycle, including repetitive tasks such as data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL), report updates, and information distribution, ensuring efficiency and scalability.
→Ensure the quality, integrity, and consistency of data used in analyses, models, and reports, promoting trust in the analytical products delivered.
→Collaborate with strategic areas such as commercial, product, marketing, and leadership, translating their needs into high-value analytical solutions and strengthening the role of the area as a key business partner.
→Lead and support the adoption of analytical solutions, providing technical and strategic guidance to internal users, and fostering a data-driven culture at all organizational levels.
→Stay updated on BI tools, analytical trends, and best practices in the sector, proposing continuous improvements that drive the evolution of the team's analytical capabilities.
