About the Role
We are looking for an Expert Analyst to join our team at Experian Consumer Services. This role focuses on financial analysis, performance tracking, and supporting executive decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- →Provide expert financial performance narratives, transforming complex data into clear, high-level insights for senior audiences (written and verbal).
- →Partner with ECS Finance and non-Finance teams to build and deliver financial information across BUR, QPR, and the broader Budget Cycle.
- →Manage and analyze ECS financial performance, including P&L, Balance Sheet views, and related governance requirements.
- →Support month-end close activities, including preparing journal entries and contributing to FP&A processes (MMC, Budget, Restatements, Strategic Plan).
- →Oversee headcount reporting—especially contractors and outsourced roles—and lead monthly calls with onshore Finance and Business Partners to gather inputs for decision-making.
- →Conduct ad-hoc financial analyses, identify process improvement opportunities, and provide backup support for routine team deliverables.
Requirements
- ✓Ability to transform complex data into clear, high-level insights for senior audiences.
- ✓Experience partnering with Finance and non-Finance teams to deliver financial information.
- ✓Strong background in managing and analyzing financial performance, including P&L and Balance Sheet views.
- ✓Knowledge of month-end close activities and FP&A processes.
- ✓Experience with headcount reporting and leading monthly calls with Finance and Business Partners.
- ✓Ability to conduct ad-hoc financial analyses and identify process improvement opportunities.
