About the Role
We are looking for a proactive Project Management Analyst to join our HR Technology Transformation team for a 12 month fixed term role. This role is important for ensuring the success of a major HR transformation programme.
Key Responsibilities
- →Coordinate workshops, meetings, and programme events, both hybrid and in-person, across global time zones.
- →Communicate with the systems integrator partner to ensure agreement on logistics, documentation, and meeting preparation.
- →Support the Program Managers with administrative tasks including tracking actions, updating plans, and maintaining programme documentation.
- →Prepare agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions for important meetings and workshops.
- →Ensure communication and follow-up with stakeholders to support decision-making and progress.
- →Maintain programme calendars, contact lists, and collaboration tools (e.g., Teams, SharePoint).
- →Support tracking risks and dependencies, escalating where needed.
- →Help foster a collaborative and delivery-focused programme culture.
