About the Role
We are looking for a Product Designer to join our Marketplace team and shape the future of how consumers compare and choose financial products. This role involves working end-to-end across discovery, planning, prototyping, and delivery, collaborating with various teams to ensure great customer outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- →Collaboratively uncover customer needs, test assumptions, and translate insights into clear problems and design direction.
- →Shape ambiguous problem spaces by defining priorities, success measures, and the right scope for discovery, experimentation, or delivery.
- →Create prototypes at appropriate levels of fidelity to explore ideas, align stakeholders, and support decision-making.
- →Design experiments to test desirability, feasibility, and viability, measuring outcomes to inform future iterations.
- →Apply a strong product and business lens to design decisions, balancing customer value, regulatory constraints, and commercial performance.
- →Collaborate with teams and external partners to co-create solutions, validate opportunities, and support launch and optimization.
- →Experiment with AI as part of your workflow and final designs, bringing insights to the wider team.
- →Design and facilitate workshops to align stakeholders, create ideas, and drive clarity on decisions and next steps.
Requirements
