About the Role
We are looking for a Product Operations Specialist to join Serasa Experian. This role focuses on ensuring the stability and performance of credit products like loans and credit cards. You will be the central point for platform monitoring, analyzing indicators, tracking alerts in Datadog, and quickly identifying any instability to engage the correct departments.
Key Responsibilities
- →Monitor and analyze operational and product indicators to identify improvement opportunities and critical points.
- →Direct demands to squads, technology departments, and BizDev teams, ensuring alignment and prioritization.
- →Lead action plans for problem resolution and improvement implementation.
- →Conduct quantitative and qualitative analyses to support strategic and operational decisions.
- →Work closely with Product, Technology, and BizDev teams.
- →Ensure initiatives are aligned with product strategy and business objectives.
