As a member of our team, you’ll be responsible for providing company secretarial support.   The role may encompass the opportunity to take on, among other things, the following key responsibilities:   RESPONSIBILITIES ·       Database administration, such as maintaining corporate records and certifications ·       Billing ·       Supporting the application of corporate procedures and record retention related to governance matters and internal procedures ·       Procuring items for compliance, KYC, and AML requests   This is a very exciting and unique opportunity to build a career locally but operate globally. We’re looking for someone who always gives their best and inspires others to do the same.   In addition to the above, here are the required skills, knowledge, capabilities, and education for this role: Essential Criteria • Undergraduate degree • A minimum of 6 months company secretarial, paralegal, or Compliance/Regulatory experience • Excellent attention to detail • Good commercial awareness, working directly with business managers • Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel Desirable Criteria • Familiarity with Blueprint Company Secretarial Software • Experience working within the financial services sector • Paralegal certification • Exposure to Pan-European investment structures • Knowledge of US regulatory environment.
