About the Role
We are looking for a highly analytical and resourceful Growth Marketing Manager to drive the execution of our paid social and retargeting programs. This role focuses on scaling Faire’s paid retargeting program and launching brand acquisition tests, while supporting day-to-day paid social campaign management to hit KPI goals.
Key Responsibilities
- →Execute and scale retargeting campaigns to drive repeat retailer purchases and improve retention
- →Analyze daily campaign performance and explore optimization opportunities to hit weekly KPI targets
- →Lead the execution of new high-impact pilot growth projects
- →Identify opportunities to leverage AI and automation tools to streamline campaign processes
- →Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve KPI goals
Requirements
- ✓3-5 years direct experience managing medium scale campaigns on Meta and other paid social channels
- ✓Strong understanding of paid marketing metrics and optimization levers
- ✓Proficiency with marketing automation tools
- ✓Highly analytical with experience analyzing large datasets through Excel and/or SQL
- ✓Experience using AI and automation to improve workflows
- ✓Familiarity with AB testing and incrementality testing
