About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Recruiter to join Faire, an online wholesale marketplace that empowers independent retailers globally. This role will be instrumental in scaling a high-growth startup by finding top talent across Product, Strategy, and Design organizations.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage the full cycle recruiting process, including negotiation and closing candidates
- →Partner with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand roles and create effective job descriptions
- →Develop creative sourcing strategies across multiple channels to attract high-quality candidates
- →Drive the offer process to onboard candidates
- →Maintain our applicant tracking system and build transparent reporting for stakeholders
- →Champion Faire values and help build an inclusive team environment
Requirements
- ✓4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment
- ✓Resourceful, proactive, and able to solve complex talent puzzles
- ✓Passionate about recruiting with excellent time management skills
- ✓Strong focus on candidate experience and employee brand with attention to detail
- ✓Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- ✓Data-driven with experience managing weekly pipeline reporting
