The Role
We are seeking a Junior Finance Systems Administrator to support the day-to-day management of our finance systems and ensure the smooth running of core finance processes. This role is ideal for someone with experience in finance who is looking to expand into finance systems, with opportunities to grow skills in system administration, data governance, and continuous improvement. NetSuite experience is preferred but not essential as training will be provided.
Principal Accountabilities
β’ Monitor the Finance Systems inbox, triage tickets, provide support across systems (NetSuite, Concur, Esker, Avalara). This can include liaising with 3rd party support to log, investigate and resolve issues.
β’ Identify root causes of recurring issues and implement preventative or detection measures.
β’ Perform tasks such as creating new users, updating roles, and maintaining core master data (GL accounts, subsidiaries, departments, classes, items, custom segments).
β’ Build and modify saved searches, reports, and dashboards.
β’ Support testing cycles for system changes and maintain clear documentation.
β’ Progress toward workflow and process modification as experience grows.
β’ Working closely with Finance teams to understand business needs and translate them into system actions.KEY INTERFACES
