About the Role
We are looking for a Marketing Automation Executive to join our team at Fastmarkets. This role will focus on supporting the day-to-day running, optimization, and performance of our marketing automation tools and tech stack.
Key Responsibilities
- →Build and execute automated campaigns in our marketing automation platform, ensuring best practices are followed
- →Support the Marketing Operations Manager with lead-scoring framework, CRM integration, and GTM set-up
- →Support the commercial marketing team with implementing experiments and tests across the system
- →Support with onboarding and roll-out of any new additions to the tech stack
- →Work closely with the Email Marketing Executive to build targeted audience segments for outbound marketing campaigns
- →Monitor and maintain the sync between Marketo, Salesforce, Cvent, and other platforms to ensure data integrity
- →Help identify high-value and strongly converting segments in the database and build these into campaigns
- →Maintain and optimize existing reporting, ensuring clean and accurate data
- →Support the commercial marketing team with insights and analysis to optimize marketing campaign performance
Requirements
- ✓Experience with marketing automation platforms
- ✓Knowledge of CRM systems and integration
- ✓Understanding of GTM setup and data tracking
- ✓Familiarity with Marketo, Salesforce, and Cvent
- ✓Strong analytical skills for reporting and optimization
- ✓Ability to support commercial marketing teams with campaign execution
- ✓Experience with multi-touch attribution tools
