Secret Media Network is a digital media group focused on recommending perfect plans, discovering great places, sharing things to do and relevant breaking news in different cities around the world. About the role
The Content Creator & Influencer Project Manager is responsible for building, managing, and scaling influencer and creator partnerships that directly contribute to the growth of Secret Media Networkβs social KPIs, with a strong emphasis on video views, follower growth, reach, and engagement.
You will proactively identify, outreach, onboard, and manage influencers and content creators, ensuring collaborations are strategically aligned with editorial priorities and measurable growth objectives.
You will act as the main point of contact between influencers, internal editorial/video teams, and commercial stakeholders, ensuring all collaborations are well-executed, on-brand, and performance-driven.
β’ Proactively identify, pitch, and build long-term relationships with relevant content creators and influencers across key social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
β’ Lead influencer outreach efforts to generate strategic βhandshakesβ and collaborations that drive audience growth and visibility for Secret Media Network brands.
β’ Negotiate collaboration formats, deliverables, timelines, and KPIs with creators, ensuring clear expectations and mutual value.
β’ Manage onboarding, briefing, and ongoing relationships with creators, acting as their primary point of contact.
β’ Plan, coordinate, and execute influencer-led content campaigns aligned with editorial and social growth strategies.
β’ Work closely with editorial, video, social media and marketing to ensure influencer content is on-brand, timely, and optimized for each platform.
β’ Define content scopes, creative guidelines, and delivery schedules for influencer collaborations.
β’ Oversee the end-to-end execution of influencer projects, from ideation to publication and post-campaign analysis.
β’ Track and analyze performance of influencer collaborations using KPIs such as video views, reach, follower growth, engagement, and impressions.
β’ Use data and insights to continuously optimize influencer strategies and recommend improvements.
β’ Report on campaign outcomes and clearly link influencer activity to overall media outlet growth goals.
β’ Identify trends in creator performance, formats, and platforms to inform future campaigns.
β’ Stay up-to-date with the evolving creator economy, platform algorithms, and social media trends.
β’ Identify new influencer niches, emerging creators, and innovative content formats that can unlock growth.
β’ Propose creative, scalable influencer initiatives to strengthen Secret Media Networkβs presence and community reach.
β’ Maintain organized workflows, timelines, and documentation using project management tools.
β’ Ensure all influencer content adheres to brand guidelines, editorial tone, and platform best practices.
About you
β’ 1 - 3 years of experience in influencer marketing, creator management, social media project management, or digital content partnerships.
β’ Strong understanding of social media growth mechanics, especially for video-first platforms.
β’ Proven experience working with influencers or content creators and managing multiple collaborations simultaneously.
β’ Highly data-driven, with the ability to translate performance metrics into actionable insights.
β’ Passionate about digital media, social platforms, and the creator economy.
β’ Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup-style environment with evolving priorities.
β’ Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
β’ Proficient in English; additional languages are a plus.
β’ Experience with tools such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Meta platforms, Wordpress, Canva, Asana, Airtable, Excel, Metabase, or similar.
β’ Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving mindset.
β’ Team-oriented, proactive, and excited to contribute to a growing international media brand.
