About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Legal Operations / Paralegal to support Fever’s Legal, GRC & Policy team. This entry-level position offers hands-on experience across multiple aspects of legal operations, including contract management, corporate administration, and process optimization.

Key Responsibilities

→Support day-to-day legal operations and administrative activities
→Assist in entity and corporate management tasks
→Maintain and optimize contract and document management processes
→Use legal tech tools to enhance efficiency and collaboration
→Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to support business operations
→Contribute to documentation, reporting, and process improvements

Requirements

✓1–3 years of experience working in a professional environment
✓Fluent in English and at least one other language (Spanish, Portuguese or French are a plus)
✓Highly organized, communicative, and tech-savvy
✓Keen interest in legal tech and corporate management
✓Strong creative problem-solving skills
✓Familiarity with Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite tools
✓Experience with AI software, Jira, Salesforce, and e-signature software is a plus
