Key Responsibilities
- →Support the Head of Department on legal, contractual, and corporate governance matters, advising the Board and senior management on statutory and regulatory requirements.
- →Draft, review, and manage a broad range of commercial agreements, including NDAs, service, vendor, and partnership contracts.
- →Own contract lifecycle management, including execution, tracking, renewals, and terminations.
- →Prepare standard templates, conduct legal research, and support due diligence, transactions, and internal legal projects.
- →Manage end-to-end corporate secretarial matters, including incorporations, statutory registers, resolutions, and coordination with external service providers across jurisdictions.
- →Organise and support Board, Committee, and Shareholder meetings, including paper preparation, minute-taking, and annual reporting.
- →Ensure ongoing statutory and regulatory compliance, handle filings with ACRA and overseas authorities, liaise with regulators and banks, and support ad-hoc corporate matters.
Requirements
- ✓Diploma or Degree in Law, Legal Studies, Business Law, or a related discipline, or qualified to practise in Singapore or Malaysia.
- ✓Legal Executive or Paralegal certification with relevant hands-on experience is also welcomed.
- ✓3–4 years of experience in a law firm and/or in-house legal team within a multinational or regional organisation.
- ✓Strong drafting and documentation skills across corporate and commercial matters.
- ✓Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities with tight deadlines.
- ✓Comfortable working independently while coordinating across teams in a fast-paced environment.
- ✓Experience in startups, fintech, or financial services is an added advantage.
