About the Role

We are looking for a Project Manager to join the Fever Originals team in Madrid. This role involves using data and insights to create unique events and experiences that provide unforgettable moments for users.

Key Responsibilities

→Develop, launch, and manage strategic scalable events from start to finish
→Define and support the scalability of experiences across all markets
→Own strategic planning and reporting for key experiences
→Manage the portfolio of experiences based on data analyses
→Negotiate and close business deals
→Devise and implement expansion strategies
→Manage, report on, and grow revenue from events
→Represent Fever at local events and with local PR

Requirements

✓3+ years in project management, consulting, or entertainment project management
✓Fluent in German and English; Spanish is a plus
✓Strong analytical, relationship management, and organizational skills
✓Solution-focused with strong communication skills
✓Highly organized and efficient
✓Great networking skills and ability to form smart partnerships
✓Ability to communicate with events partners, brands, agencies, and talent
✓Strategic thinking when dealing with events partnerships or proprietary data
✓Ability to handle large workloads and parallel workstreams
✓Collaborative and willing to work on all required events tasks
✓Knowledge of promotional tools like Facebook and Instagram is a plus
✓Strong academic background is a plus
