About the Role
We are looking for a CRM Marketing Specialist to join Fever, the world's leading tech platform for culture and live entertainment. This role focuses on developing and executing CRM strategies to enhance customer experience and drive engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage the activation of customer data to develop and execute an end-to-end CRM strategy and communications plan
- →Refine multi-channel communications and develop retention strategies to deliver an outstanding customer experience
- →Support the CRM Manager to define the customer lifecycle and help define contact strategies across all customer touch-points
- →Ensure that all campaigns have clearly defined success metrics that are tracked and analyzed
Requirements
- ✓3+ years minimum experience working in Digital Marketing and CRM, mobile and web environments
- ✓Experience working with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- ✓Experience with ESPs (Mailchimp, Sendgrid, etc)
- ✓Proficient in HTML
- ✓Good copywriting skills
- ✓Ability to develop & optimize CRM flows to drive revenue
- ✓Ability to leverage consumer behavioral, lifestyle, transactional, and demographic data
- ✓Commercially savvy, analytical, and data-driven
- ✓Experience in A/B testing and dynamic templates
- ✓Organized, responsible, and proactive
- ✓Ability to optimize, prioritize, and organize time
- ✓Ability to carry out a high pace of work
- ✓Fluent communication in English
- ✓Ability to potentiate teamwork and keep everyone motivated
