About the Role
We are looking for a Project Manager to join our team at Fever, the world's leading tech platform for culture and live entertainment. This role focuses on managing the entire lifecycle of big events from the moment the commercial contract is signed until the event's final closing.
Key Responsibilities
- →Be responsible for the entire life cycle management of big events
- →Be the main point of contact between all stakeholders
- →Manage other departments' tasks to ensure timely delivery
- →Communicate product and process needs to HQ and work with product/engineering teams
- →Create and maintain exhaustive Q&A for potential user incidences
- →Ensure all requirements have necessary documentation
- →Presence on site might be required during the launch or other important dates
Requirements
- ✓Degree qualified with a project management background
- ✓+5 years in a project management role or consulting background
- ✓Fluent English and other languages are a plus
- ✓Huge appetite for learning and the ability to pick up new skills quickly
- ✓Strong analytical, relationship management, and organizational skills
- ✓Solution-focused with strong communication skills
- ✓Highly organized and efficient
- ✓Curious and keen to push boundaries and try new concepts
- ✓Ability to communicate with events partners, brands, agencies, and talent
- ✓Ability to think strategically when faced with events partnership briefs or proprietary data
- ✓Able to handle large amounts of work and parallel work-streams
- ✓Collaborative and willing to get hands dirty and work on all required events tasks
- ✓Knowledge of promotional tools such as Facebook and Instagram is a plus
- ✓Strong academic background is a plus
