We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to join Fi, a company transforming the human-pet relationship through cutting-edge technology. This high-impact role sits at the center of our growth and will directly shape how millions of pet parents engage with Fi.
Key Responsibilities
- βLead Product Strategy & Execution: Define the long-term vision for Fiβs core experiences and translate it into a clear, actionable roadmap.
- βDeliver Cross-Functional Impact: Partner closely with engineering, design, hardware, data, support, and marketing teams.
- βTurn Data Into Insight: Leverage analytics to uncover opportunities, diagnose friction, and evaluate product performance.
- βElevate the Customer Experience: Shape every step of the customer journeyβfrom onboarding to long-term retention.
- βLaunch Features That Drive the Business: Lead launches that improve satisfaction, loyalty, and growth.
Requirements
- βProduct Leadership Experience (3+ years) - A proven record of defining, shipping, and iterating on impactful products.
- βStrategic Thinking - Ability to move fluidly between high-level vision and detailed execution.
- βData Fluency - Comfortable working with metrics, hypotheses, and experimentation.
- βCross-Functional Collaboration - Ability to communicate clearly, build trust quickly, and lead confidently through influence.
