Senior Engineer / Tech Lead Controls for Aerial Robotics at Fiducial

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Engineer / Tech Lead Controls to join Fiducial, a fast-growing deep-tech start-up developing software for on-board UAV autonomy in military applications. You will have wide ownership over core capabilities of our autonomous UAV stack, including guidance, navigation and control (GNC) for interception and collision avoidance maneuvers.

Key Responsibilities

• →Develop and deploy software for on-board UAV autonomy
• →Implement and tune controllers in actual flight vehicles
• →Work with guidance, navigation and control (GNC) systems
• →Perform robust state estimation in noisy sensor environments
• →Interface with various flight controller softwares
• →Responsible for the short-to-medium-term development roadmap
