About the Role

We are looking for a Customer Support Representative to join Fieldguide, a company that automates and streamlines assurance and audit work in cybersecurity, privacy, and ESG. As an integral member of the go-to-market team, you will provide world-class support to customers and ensure their success with the Fieldguide platform.

Key Responsibilities

→Build trust with customers by responding quickly and accurately to client requests
→Provide technical support to resolve issues related to the Fieldguide platform
→Enhance user experience by guiding customers through features and functionalities
→Advocate for customers by communicating their needs internally to shape the product roadmap
→Bolster onboarding and retention by assisting in customer database setup and template creation
→Maintain knowledge base by contributing to and updating online help resources

Requirements

✓1-3 years of customer support experience, preferably in an Enterprise SaaS company
✓Team player with a mission-first approach
✓Hands-on experience in a high-growth startup
✓Strong communication and problem-solving skills
✓Bias towards action and ownership of projects
✓Familiarity with integration of merge tags in Microsoft Office applications is a plus
