About the Role
We are looking for an AI Infrastructure Engineer to join Fieldguide, a startup focused on automating and streamlining assurance and audit work through software. As an early stage employee, you'll help build the future of business trust and make audit practitioners' lives easier.
Key Responsibilities
- →Build and maintain the internal platform for agentic workflows
- →Develop developer experience for AI workflows
- →Create instrumentation to track efficiency metrics and team productivity
- →Run structured trials of new AI tools and maintain a living point of view
- →Provide training, office hours, and coaching to raise the floor across the organization
Requirements
- ✓Excellent engineering skills with experience shipping reliable internal tools
- ✓Deep, hands-on experience with AI coding tools like Claude Code, Cursor, and Codex
- ✓Systems thinking and the ability to connect local tooling with org-wide velocity
- ✓Ability to influence without authority across engineering, product, and design teams
- ✓Bias toward measurement and data-driven iteration
