Why is this role important to Field Nation?Β
Field Nationβs AV division is investing in a high-impact sales executiveΒ to accelerate adoption of the LaborFlex platform while driving new revenue across enterprise and mid-market customers. This role is responsible for activating new and dormant accounts, leading customer onboarding and training efforts, and partnering closely with Marketing to create demand-generation programs that position Field Nation as a major disruptor in the AV labor market.
This is a revenue-focused role with direct accountability for platform adoption, customer engagement, and net new business growth.
What you'll do:
β’ Generate new leads and re-engage dormant accounts to onboard them onto the Field Nation platform ecosystem.
β’ Drive adoption of the LaborFlex platform through customer education, onboarding, training sessions, and executive-level engagement.
β’ Collaborate with Marketing to design and execute outreach campaigns, events, and promotional programs to create market awareness and inbound demand.
β’ Serve as a primary growth engine for Field Nationβs AV division, consistently delivering new revenue opportunities.
β’ Build and manage a pipeline of prospective customers while tracking platform adoption metrics and conversion rates.
β’ Act as a customer advocateβfeeding insights back to Product, Operations, and Leadership to improve the LaborFlex experience.
β’ Support executive leadership with reporting, forecasting, and performance dashboards tied to revenue and adoption goals.
You might be a good fit if you have:
β’ 4+ years of experience in sales, business development, platform adoption, or revenue growth roles.
β’ Proven track record of driving new revenue.
β’ Experience working with SaaS platforms, marketplaces, or digital transformation initiatives preferred.
β’ Strong executive-level communication and presentation skills.
β’ Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Operations, and Finance teams.
β’ Highly data-driven with comfort owning KPIs and performance dashboards.
β’ Self-starter mentality with the ability to operate in a fast-moving, growth-oriented environment.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:
β’ This is a full-time, hybrid position, We come into the office on Mondays & Tuesdays.
β’ Shift: 9 hours/day β 5 days per week (Mon-Fri)
β’ Working hours generally range from 8pm-5am (can vary due to daylight savings in the U.S.)

Salary Range:
β’ BDT 90,000 - 130,000 (Monthly)
