About the Role
We are looking for a driven and energetic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help grow our footprint in the construction industry by generating and qualifying new sales opportunities within the small and mid-sized business (SMB) segment.
Key Responsibilities
- →Qualify and engage inbound leads from our Freemium sign-up flow and marketing campaigns as well as current Hilti customers
- →Conduct targeted outbound outreach via calls, emails, and LinkedIn to generate new qualified opportunities
- →Identify key stakeholders and initiate contact with construction professionals at small and mid-sized companies
- →Schedule discovery calls and product demos for the Account Executive team
- →Collaborate closely with Account Executives and Construction Solutions Specialists to build strong pipeline
- →Maintain accurate and up-to-date information in our CRM (Salesforce)
- →Learn and articulate the value of Fieldwire’s construction management platform
- →Stay informed about industry trends and the competitive landscape
- →Consistently meet and exceed activity and opportunity generation goals
Requirements
- ✓0–2 years of experience in a sales, business development, or customer-facing role
- ✓Coachable, curious, and motivated by results
- ✓Strong communication skills – written and verbal
- ✓Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
- ✓Experience with outbound sales tools (Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesforce) a plus
- ✓Interest in construction tech or SaaS is a bonus
