About the Role
Figma is seeking an experienced full-cycle Recruiter to support our growth in Japan. This role will be instrumental in building and executing our talent strategy, partnering with key stakeholders, and hiring top talent.
Key Responsibilities
- →Manage full-cycle recruiting processes for business organizations, particularly sales and marketing functions
- →Partner with leaders to develop top of funnel strategies for key roles
- →Source and build healthy, representative pipelines to engage passive talent
- →Leverage data to inform hiring strategy and present insights to executives
- →Identify and drive business improvement initiatives
Requirements
- ✓6+ years of full-cycle in-house recruiting experience in a high-growth business
- ✓Experience partnering with senior executives on high-volume searches
- ✓Expert knowledge of the SaaS/scaling tech landscape, particularly in Japan
- ✓Advanced sourcing and passive engagement skills
- ✓Ability to build talent strategy alongside hiring managers
- ✓Native-level Japanese and full English fluency
