About the Role

We are looking for a product designer to join Filevine, a Legal AI company delivering Legal Operating Intelligence. This role involves partnering with product owners and engineers to create intuitive user experiences from discovery through launch.

Key Responsibilities

→Be hands-on in all aspects of product development, from brainstorming to feature launch
→Collaborate with engineering to ship minimum viable product features while maintaining excellent user experience
→Craft interactive prototypes and specifications for engineering and product owners
→Articulate design solutions to leadership, product owners, engineering leads, and stakeholders
→Participate in design reviews, critiques, and brainstorm sessions
→Utilize, extend, and maintain a shared library of components
→Contribute to strategic planning connecting design work with product goals

Requirements

✓Passion for turning complex problems into simple, user-centered experiences
✓3+ years of experience designing UX/UI and shipping products for commercial clients
✓2+ years of experience developing, maintaining, and extending design systems
✓Deep understanding of UX and UI best practices, principles, and patterns
✓Excellent visual design skills with an advanced understanding of visual solutions for all screen sizes
✓Figma expertise including auto layout, variants, variables, and libraries
✓Experience conducting user research and collaboration sessions
✓Experience collaborating across disciplines to support product/feature launches
✓Strong communication and self-management skills
✓Result-driven mindset with a process-driven approach
