About the Role
We are looking for a Content Marketing Director to join Finmo, a treasury management platform for modern companies. This role will be responsible for building and managing Finmo’s content ecosystem to educate finance leaders, build market authority, and drive demand.
Key Responsibilities
- →Develop and own Finmo’s global content strategy across all marketing channels.
- →Build a content flywheel that transforms product insights, customer stories, and industry trends into multi-channel content.
- →Identify high-impact topics aligned with Finmo’s audience including CFOs, finance leaders, and founders.
- →Own Finmo’s website content strategy including landing pages, product pages, and educational resources.
- →Create content designed to improve AI visibility across answer engines and generative search platforms.
- →Develop and manage Finmo’s blog and long-form content strategy.
- →Build and manage Finmo’s social media content presence, particularly on LinkedIn and YouTube.
- →Work with leadership to develop executive thought leadership content.
- →Build and nurture a community of finance leaders, operators, and founders around Finmo’s insights.
- →Create high-quality marketing collateral including one-pagers, guides, explainers, and sales enablement assets.
- →Support the marketing team with event-related content.
- →Use AI tools to improve content research, ideation, and repurposing.
Requirements
- ✓Proven experience in content marketing, content strategy, and content creation.
- ✓Strong understanding of financial infrastructure and treasury operations.
- ✓Experience with AI-driven content strategy and social distribution.
- ✓Ability to build and manage a content flywheel that drives visibility and engagement.
- ✓Experience with community management and engagement.
- ✓Strong writing and editing skills.
- ✓Experience with marketing collateral creation.
- ✓Ability to use AI tools for content production.
- ✓Experience with event content support.
