About the Role
We are looking for a Director of Engineering for Platform to lead the core technology that is onboarding millions to the future of finance. This role will own the complex, highly-distributed systems required to deliver this vision at massive scale.
Key Responsibilities
- →Define the long-term technical roadmap, architecture, and standards for the Platform team
- →Maintain a high level of technical engagement and remain actively hands-on
- →Oversee the design and implementation of highly complex distributed systems

Requirements
- ✓5+ years of engineering management experience
- ✓10+ years of hands-on experience in backend development
