A neuroscience-driven wellness company is seeking a Social & Influencer Marketing Lead to manage day-to-day social execution, influencer programs, and community engagement across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- →Own day-to-day social execution across Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Facebook
- →Build and manage a social content calendar aligned with broader marketing campaigns
- →Manage influencer outreach, product seeding, and creator partnerships
- →Support and amplify founder-led content, including educational videos and Instagram Lives
- →Engage with the community through comments, DMs, and audience insights
- →Repurpose long-form educational content into short-form social assets
- →Maintain consistent brand voice, visual quality, and scientific credibility
- →Build systems, trackers, and SOPs to improve content and influencer workflows
Requirements
- ✓4–7+ years in social media, influencer marketing, or digital marketing
- ✓Highly organized and systems-oriented
- ✓Comfortable working directly with executive leadership and founders
- ✓Experience managing creator partnerships and influencer campaigns
- ✓Strong storytelling skills with the ability to translate complex topics into engaging content
- ✓Background or interest in wellness, movement, fitness, or health industries
