Flagright is seeking a Recruiter to join our growing team. This role is central to scaling our operations by attracting top talent across multiple functions and jurisdictions.
Key Responsibilities
- →Recruit world-class talent to help scale Flagright
- →Manage full-cycle hiring across multiple roles and functions
- →Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and hiring strategies
- →Source, engage, and assess high-quality candidates
- →Coordinate interviews and ensure an outstanding candidate experience
- →Track hiring pipelines, metrics, and progress against hiring goals
Requirements
- ✓3+ years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience
- ✓Experience recruiting sales (AEs, BDRs, etc.) and senior roles (Sr AE, Head of Sales, etc.)
- ✓Strong understanding of end-to-end hiring
- ✓Highly organized, detail-oriented, and trusted with confidential information
- ✓Clear communicator who can manage multiple priorities independently
- ✓Comfortable working with ATS platforms and recruitment analytics
- ✓Based in or near London with right to work in the UK
