About the Role
We are looking for a Technical Content Writer & Social Content Lead to join Flagright, an AI-native financial crime compliance platform. This role involves owning high-quality content production across the funnel, turning SME knowledge into clear, conversion-aware assets, and repurposing them for organic social distribution.
Key Responsibilities
- →Draft and iterate on various content types including blog posts, handbooks, newsletters, case studies, and product explainers
- →Create and execute organic social content across multiple platforms
- →Build and maintain a repeatable content system with proper documentation and version control
- →Extract insights from sales calls and turn them into structured drafts
- →Collaborate with SEO lead on requirements and implement on-page SEO basics
- →Maintain content quality through a comprehensive QA checklist
Requirements
- ✓Proven experience writing B2B content on technical, product, or process-heavy topics
- ✓Ability to translate sales and product input into clear writing with minimal supervision
- ✓Strong written English (near-native / CEFR C1-C2 equivalent) and confident spoken English for interviews
- ✓Comfortable running structured interviews with Sales, Product, and CS teams
- ✓Strong editorial judgment: clarity, structure, precision, and knowing what to cut
- ✓Able to work fast without getting sloppy: tight turnaround, high accuracy
